At Copia HR every project commences with an information exchange meeting with the key stakeholders to identify your objectives, challenges, and timelines for the project. We address any questions or concerns and provide an overview of how we work together to create success.
A Plan for Success
Develop and discuss the project plan.
Copia HR will map out a customized project plan that will address the business needs and align to the long-term objectives.
Project plans shall include roles, objectives, deliverables, timelines, follow-up, and pricing for the project.
Once approval is received, Copia HR shall commence the project with your internal team to achieve success within the given timeframe.
Project Progression
Review, Adjust, and Finalize.
Whether a talent search and acquisition or human resources project, Copia HR ensures that all stakeholders receive a weekly progress report.
We work closely and openly to discuss, isolate changes, make necessary adjustments and until the project is finalized.
During this phase request timely feedback to ensure the project stays on target.
